| Dr. George Falk is a graduate of New York University, College of Dentistry and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. His professional affiliations include membership in the A.D.A., Hampshire Dental Society and Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry. He has been a guest lecturer for both the Massachusetts and Valley District Dental Societies. |

Dr. Patrick Lang attended Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, Ohio as an undergraduate and graduated from Ohio State School of Dentistry. His professional affiliations include membership in the American Dental Association and Hampshire Dental Society. Dr. Lang's post-graduate studies and clinical training include oral surgery and root canal therapy. |
| Dr. Benjamin Falk earned his B.A. Degree from Cornell University and his Dental Degree from New York University, College of Dentistry. He completed his residency in General Dentistry at New York Hospital. He completed a Fellowship program in the Department of Periodontology at the University of Connecticut, School of Dentistry and is a clinical instructor in the Resident Program. His professional affiliations include membership in the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and Hampshire County Dental Society, where he served as past president. |

Dr. Mark Stevens earned his Bachelor's Degree in Science at the State University of New York at Albany and his Dental Degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dentistry. While in Buffalo he completed an Externship at the Erie County Medical Center. Dr. Stevens was engaged in private practice in Chatham, New York before relocating to the Pioneer Valley. His professional affiliations include membership in the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society. Throughout his career, Dr. Stevens has enjoyed continuing education. |
| Dr. John Dean earned his B.A. Degree from Brandeis University and his Dental Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed his Specialty Certificate in Periodontics, as well as his Ph.D. in Oral Biology from the University of Connecticut. In addition, he has gained his Diplomate Status in the American Board of Periodontology. He currently serves as Clinical Associate Professor and Residency Program Director in Periodontics at UConn. He sees patients in his private practice in New Haven and Florence Dental Care. |
